Doris - Hand/Rod soft body puppet with a Moveable mouth

Doris is a hand operated rod puppet. She has been designed and build with a performance in mind. Care Home the Musical is a script I am writing, based on my experience working in the Care sector. The play is set in a residential care home. This musical required the residents to converse, and sing. They tell anecdotal stories and reveal harsh realities.
Doris has been created with character and comedy in mind. She must be seen on stage in larger and smaller audiences. She must have a moveable mouth, as it is a text heavy play, and have character which is able to portray emotions. Care home has been written with the actors in mind. The show must be compact enough to tour and the puppets must be easy to put on and off as the 4 Actors/actresses will multirole. The play as a whole will have at least three puppet characters and 3 non puppet characters. When not on stage the actors/actresses will make up a small musical ensemble.
